Responsibilities

Position Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Managerial

-Execute the energy conservation programs monitor HLP consumption on a daily basis.
-Ensure that all the engineering & maintenance activities/systems adhere to the standards/efficiency/productivity levels that have been set for the unit
-Recommend value addition to existing systems and procedures
-Responsible for maintaining all engineering related equipment in proper and efficient operating condition.
-Maintain the fire safety system in the hotel.
-Maintain the building structure and upkeep of the aesthetics and décor
-Responsible for achieving tangibility of maintenance activities, timely completion of job orders and prompt resolving of guest complaints.

-Assist the Chief Engineer by coordinating with Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager and other HOD’s on preventive maintenance of rooms and other repair work.
-Ensure timely receiving of material & spares as per the standardized specifications, by coordinating with purchase department and by maintaining a preferred vendor list.
-Ensure that the government regulations for boilers, electrical installation and environment are strictly followed.
-Keep informed of industry innovations and advances in technical and property management fields, and impart training to all engineering staff.

Requirements

Knowledge / Skills

- Diploma / ITI with a minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in the Engineering & Maintenance function.
-Thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical, civil and related equipment and working knowledge of all plant, equipment relevant for a hotel.
-Thorough knowledge of energy & environment conservation techniques
-Knowledge of Automated building management system, CMMS, fire alarm and sprinkler systems
-Working knowledge of MS Office, MS projects and AutoCAD preferable
-Knowledge of statutory compliances

Flight Operations: Synthetic Flight Instructors

Candidate should be Indian Nationals Type Rated or Non Type Rated pilots to work as Synthetic Flight Instructors on ATR, B737 and A330 aircraft with the following qualifications:

    Must have been DGCA approved instructors / examiners in the past.
    Must have at least 100 hours of instructional experience on commercial airline simulators.

Ground Services: Load Controller

Location: Mumbai

You are responsible to prepare the Load and Trim Sheet for different type of aircraft in a timely manner, generate load sheets through the system as well as prepare manual load sheets for CAR compliance, calculate the Estimate Zero Fuel Weight (EZFW) in coordination with Flight Despatch Department and notify for correct fuel upliftment.

You will monitor rescheduled, delayed, combined and cancelled flights and prepare loadsheet accordingly, necessitate checks to ensure that Load sheets are generated in adherence to Precision Time Schedule (PTS) to maintain scheduled departures.

The appointment will be subject to successful completion of the Load Controller, Dangerous Goods and other required training.
